• General computer networking
• Basic TCP/IP knowledge and associated protocols
• IP adressing and subnetting
• NAT (Network Address Translation), public and private IP-adressing
• Routing
• Basic firewalling concept
• Basic troubleshooting in networks
• Basic Ingate Firewall hands on experience
