Ingate customers who require EMERGENCY support services should obtain an emergency support contract, also available through the vendor, reseller or distributor. Users with an emergency support contract are welcome to contact CTD's emergency support line.

24 hour support is only available with a pre-existing emergency support contract in place!

24 Hour emergency support is only available for preexisting installations that are out of service and is not for installs or scheduled configuration changes. Please contact sales at "sales@ingate.com" if you require an emergency support contract.
