This training walks you through the SIP protocol and the opportunities opened by Ingate Firewall/SIParator®.

Duration: 2 days (9 AM first day - about 4 PM second day)

• SIP and Firewalls – issues and solutions
• SIP Implementation with Ingate products
• Ingate products from a SIP perspective
• Review of the SIP-related parts in Ingate’s configuration GUI
• Practical exercises in configuring SIP Firewalls and SIParators®

Prerequisites for the Ingate SIParator® Training:

• General knowledge of data networks
• Basic TCP/IP knowledge and associated protocols
• IP adressing and subnetting
• NAT (Network Address Translation), public and private IP-adressing
• Routing
• Basic firewalling concept
• Basic Firewall hands-on experience
• Basic SIP knowledge
