Ingate and Broadvox Partner to Deliver Turnkey SIP Trunk Solution for Simplified, Rapid Deployments

Fall VON, Boston – October 29, 2007 Ingate® Systems ((www.ingate.com), which develops firewall technology and products that enable SIP-based live communication for the enterprise while maintaining control and security at the network edge, and Broadvox, a worldwide leader in providing integrated managed VoIP services to SMB, enterprise and carrier customers, have partnered to offer a seamless, fully integrated SIP trunk solution with the Broadvox service.

Simplifying SIP trunk installments, the Ingate-Broadvox solution is a turnkey offering that allows enterprises to connect to the Broadvox SIP trunk quickly and easily. With the push of a button on the Ingate product, SIP trunk connections are preconfigured to work with Broadvox GO! SIP Trunking.

“Combining Broadvox’s innovative product suite with Ingate’s technology is a win-win for end-users, resellers and distributors,” said Steven Johnson, President, Ingate Systems. “This solution makes it very easy to connect to Broadvox SIP trunks, ensuring a secure, fully interoperable connection.”

Ingate’s award-winning Ingate Firewall® and Ingate SIParator® products make it possible to connect an IP-PBX to the Broadvox service by solving the Network Address Translation (NAT) traversal issues with the SIP protocol – while maintaining the security and integrity of the network. Users can also utilize their corporate VoIP, IM, and other IP-PBX capabilities from any remote location, as long as there is Internet access.

SIP trunks rapidly reduce costs by eliminating the need for an enterprise PSTN gateway, unused BRI/PRI capacity, expensive and underutilized phone lines or trunks at remote offices, and by providing PSTN termination in the local area.

“With Ingate’s technology, Broadvox is able to bring proven, all-in-one NAT traversal and SIP trunking solutions to customers. This translates into faster, simplified deployments,” said Andre Temnorod, Broadvox Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. “Ingate products also offer a high level of security to SIP installations, addressing an important need among our target SMB and Enterprise markets.”

A recognized leader in VoIP and SIP Trunking business applications, Broadvox is known as the “carrier's carrier,” meaning that Broadvox's network routes the traffic of some of the largest voice and data carriers using a reliable and secure national network.

Innovative product offerings like Broadvox GO! Domestic and GO! Anywhere empower its customers to expand their business telecommunications capabilities by converging local, long distance and broadband Internet onto a single pipe. By taking advantage of these converged SIP Trunking services from Broadvox rather than from multiple providers, customers can realize significant financial and operational benefits for their business as well as a solution that makes current or future IP PBX installations more cost effective.
